Experienced in many different styles of adjusting, including Activator, Logan Basic, SOT, Thompson, Cox Flexion/Distraction and Diversified techniques as well as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and natural remedies
Also has education and experience in Rehabilitation, Nutritional Counseling and Personal Training
Takes part in speaking engagements to help educate the public on overall health
