Once checked in, one of our team members will see you into the exam room and weigh your pet
A veterinarian will then meet you, gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet and discuss any questions or concerns you may have with further diagnostics or treatment as needed
Recommended diagnostics tests and treatments are usually performed in one of our treatment rooms
After the vet consultation is complete, billing and future appointment bookings can be handled at the front reception area - Our veterinary technicians may call for a follow up after the visit to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit
