- After receiving your properly completed application, the clerk of your appeals board will schedule a hearing and you will be notified of your hearing date at least 45 days in advance.

- The Appeals Board then determines the value of the property in question based on the evidences presented. A decision may be annouced at the hearing, or in case of a need for deliberation, the clerk will mail a written decision to you.
