The center was established in March 1978 with a mission to provide comprehensive and accessible healthcare for their community and the surrounding area
Long Valley Health Center provides medical care Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 5:30pm
Services offered include family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, geriatric medicine, mental health counseling and more
The clinic also offers specialty programs such as HIV/AIDS testing & treatment; diabetes education & management; nutrition counseling; immunizations; substance abuse treatment; referrals for mammograms & colonoscopies and much more
