Little Rock Landscape INC has evolved out of four generations of Landscape Contractors and Retail/Wholesale Nurseries
The journey began in the 1940’s with Mr. H. H Heitman, who went door to door selling plants off the running board of a T-Model Ford
In 1949, Lloyd Heitman returned home from playing pro baseball and started H.H Heitman & Son Nursery
In 1968, Steve Knight married Marietta Heitman Knight and in 1978, they changed the name to Little Rock Landscape Inc (LRLI
Since 2011 LRLI has gone from 10 employees with 2 - 3 crews to 55 employees with 12 different crews
They have diversified into two divisions: landscape division that is equipped for landscaping, irrigation etc., and lawn maintenance division which is led by Oscar Garcia who joined them as a laborer in 2016
