He has operated under different firm names, including William G Jones, CPA; Davis & Jones, PC; -Sturgill & Associates LLP; and now Jones, Lakin & Company, CPAs, PC
Bill opened his first office at 280 E Main in 1985
In 1991, he partnered with Gary Davis and opened Davis & Jones at 187 E Main
In 2008, Bill found an upstairs office at 421 E Main, but quickly outgrew the space
The team then moved to the upstairs floor at 73 E Main with 26 steps at the back door
