Received B.A. in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993
Made dean’s list all four years at Pitt and was elected into Phi Alpha Theta (National History Honor Society
Received Dean’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence at Pitt
Attended University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1997
Inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a dental honor society for students who graduate in the top five percent of their dental class while at Michigan -Received Dean’s Academic Scholarship during senior year at Michigan
Returned to the University to study orthodontics; received certificate and MDS in 2000
Summer exchange program with Guys Hospital London as part of residency
Partnered with Dr. Steciw upon graduation
