Monongahela Animal Hospital has been treating pets in western Pennsylvania for over 20 years
General practitioner and hospital owner Dr. Lisa Lusk opened Monongahela Animal Hospital in 1996
Dr. Lusk attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture in 1988 before attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and being awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1992
A member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association and the Western Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association
Dr. Lusk is Fear Free Certified Professional to make vet visits less stressful for patients, working with team to make entire practice Fear Free Certified
Dr. Lusk is married to Don and they have three children; Caleb, Levi, and Grace
The family shares their home with two cats named Olive and Praline, as well as three dogs; an Australian cattle dog mix named Gomer, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Goober, an Australian Shepherd mix named Oakley
In her spare time, Dr. Lusk enjoys gardening and shopping for antiques
